Australian Labradoodles are a developing breed and there are many variations in the linage of a dog that is defined as an Australian Labradoodle. Also, like any breed, there are varying qualities of dogs and breeders. It is an investment for a breeder to maintain high standards with quality dogs in the hopes of improving the breed.  In turn, the value of a puppy from a reputable breeder will be reflected in the price. I am very serious about the breeding of my labradoodles, raising of their puppies and the future family they will be apart of.  This is not a hobby or a second job for me.  It is a passion of mine and I happily devote most of my life to it. It is the satisfaction I get when one of my labradoodles becomes apart of a loving family that makes it all worth while.  I am always happy to visit with you about my labradoodles and answer any questions you have about the breed.

The goal of Rocky Mountain Labradoodles is to breed exceptional labradoodles to carry on the traits that make this breed so wonderful.

Getting Started

  1. Made on a MacFirst, we ask for you to fill out and sign our Puppy Application and send it to us.  You can either contact us and we will email you one or simply click Puppy Application.  This gives us valuable information about what you are looking for in a puppy.  It also helps with making sure the puppy’s needs are met.

  2. BulletBefore or after filling out the application, we will visit over the phone and go over questions we both have.

  3. BulletTo reserve a puppy, a deposit of $350 will secure your place for a puppy in the litter of your choice.  You can mail a check or money order.  We also take payments through Paypal with an additional service fee of $10.  Let us know if you will be using Paypal and we will send you an invoice.

  4. BulletThe order that deposits are received, determines the order in which the puppies are picked.

We reserve the right to retain any puppy from a litter as a future breeder

As They Grow

  1. BulletWe will send emails updating the progress of the breeding, pregnancy, birth and growth of the puppies.

  2. BulletYou are encouraged to contact us anytime to check on their progress, ask questions and let us know what you think about the puppies.

  3. BulletPuppy photos will be updated on the “Available Puppies “ page starting when the puppies are 3 weeks of age.

  4. BulletWhen they are 5 weeks old, we will be emailing you information about puppies, recommended reading and what you will need to do and get before your puppy comes home.  Along with that will be the total for the balance for your puppy.  Balance is due when the puppies are 7 weeks old.

  5. BulletAt 7 to 8 weeks old, we will make final decisions on where the puppies will go.  Using your input and our observations of the litter and daily handling of the individual puppies, we will match the appropriate puppy to their family.

  6. BulletAround this time we will schedule visits for puppy pick up.  If your puppy is being shipped to you, we will discuss the particulars of the flight.  We will book the flight and make the necessary arrangements for travel.

  7. BulletThe puppies are spayed and neutered at 8 weeks old.  They will also get their microchips and first set of vaccinations at this time.

  8. BulletPuppies can go to their new homes when they are around 9 weeks old.  We will hold puppies till they are ten weeks old.  After that, there will be a charge of $25 per day for boarding.

  9. BulletWhen you pick them up, you will be getting a bag of Life’s Abundance food along with some of their nutritious treats.  They will also have a toy with their litter and mother’s scent to ease the transition, a collar and leash, a folder with all their papers, puppy information and the Purchase Agreement and Health Guarantee that we will sign here.  If your puppy is being shipped, you will receive the package in the mail when the puppies are 8 weeks old.

  10. BulletIt usually takes a month after the puppies go home for us to receive the registration papers from the ALAA.  We will mail your puppy’s to you once we have it.

Payment

  1. BulletThe balance of the puppy will be due when they are seven weeks old.  The invoice is emailed to you along with helpful puppy information when they are 6 weeks old.  If the puppy is going to be shipped to you, the $400 cost for shipping will be added to the balance.  Any fights out of the USA will need to be calculated on an individual basis.

  2. BulletYou can mail a check or money order.  We also take payments through Paypal with an additional service fee of 3%.  Let us know if you will be using Paypal and we will send you an invoice.
